From Chrys C. The new website is great but one thing I've noticed that makes the
shopping experience a bit bothersome is an issue with the "quick view"
feature.
When a customer selects the "quick view" and the product pop up appears
their are 2 recommendations I would make. The first being that if a
customer exits out of the pop up the window you were looking at does not
stay where it was at, it scrolls back up to the top of the page. This
for me personally makes my shopping experience not very fun. No one
likes having to scroll back down and look for the item they were
browsing.
Secondly, when adding a product through the "quick view" pop up window
when you select "continue shopping" from the "item has been added to
your cart" page... the page does not go back to your original page. You
are redirected to a view of your cart.
The website over all is great and WAY better than the previous site.
There are just some minor kinks to keep working on. I hope my
suggestions will help some.

platform behind the scenes. The new site offers shoppers enhanced features like
the ability to create wish lists, gift registries and save multiple carts. It’s
a big win for scrapbookers, paper crafters and card makers who can enjoy these
new features plus 3,500 scrapbook items priced at 50% - 70% less than other
retail stores. Scrapbuck.com co-founder,
Leonard Zucker is excited about the launch of the new site as it will bring
saving and variety directly to their customers. “At Scrapbuck.com, we provide
everything you need for your scrapbooking passion with a larger assortment of products
at a much lower cost than you’ll find anywhere else”. “Over 1,000 of our items are priced at $1.00
or less“, he adds. In addition to the substantial selection of products and low
prices, Scrapbuck.com also offers one-day order processing and monthly
clearance specials where their already low prices on select items are reduced
even further, some as low as 30 cents.
We got a great new suggestion: Please have the related items that show up actually be related to the
item. For instance, when I was looking for things to match the Subtle
paper collection, the "related" items that show up were Pirates 2,
Pastel Pearlescents, Honolulu 5, Textured Chocolate (maybe this one
works), Textured Ivory Diamond. Not exactly what I consider related
items. What I would like to see is other items you would actually use
in a layout with the item originally selected.
All we can say is "oops!". We've fixed it now so related items will only show from the same category you are are viewing. We try to hand select the best related items, but with so many items added we sometimes just don't have time to do the selection by hand; however if we can't hand pick the related items they will now be from the same category of the item your viewing. Thanks for the feedback!
We have just listed our new products for April, you can find them in the New April Category listed in the main category list. We also have been able to get in a set of Spanish products, listed in the Spanish Language Products category.

Great feedback from Linda F.: It would be great that after an item has been purchased and in your
cart, that when continuing shopping, that you could go back to where you
left off on the page instead of the website taking you back totally to
the top of the page! When I've selected to view all in the New March
category, when I've purchased an item it's kind of a pain to have to go
slide through all the items on that page again to see what is further
along!....Just a thought!
We are aware of this, and looking for a means to keep the page position and keep the usefulness of the quick add to cart. We don't have a solution yet, but we are researching and will update the site if we can solve it. Thank you for the suggestion!
Shortly after launching our new site, we received this feature request: Add an option at the bottom of the page to "go to top"
